When i grow up, im gonna be a Punkrocker






"So Elvan, what do you aspire to be when you grow up?"

"Huh? Aa-s-pp-ire?""

"Ambition lah bodoh!"

"Oh ambition......... When i grow up, i'm gonna be a drift king teacher. Then i'm gonna run over your stupid dog!"

if only those lines were true. i really would have enjoyed it. unfortunately, i didnt say those words. and unfortunately, theres really nothing extraordinary about my ambition. Honestly. my first few recollection of having any "wawasan" was to be a doctor. well, that was what my dad wanted me to be and eventually it became my ambition too. how typically boring. thankfully there was sex, drugs and rock'N roll to show me the path that is righteous. No offence but it is indeed too predictable dont u think. and usually, most things typical bore the shit out of me. but then again, this kind of occupations; doctors, lawyers, magistrate, marie france ambassador, are constantly on the tips of aspiring parent's lips. why? because it works thats why.

boy goes to school, boy get straight a's. boy gets beaten to a pulp by the school jock. boy goes to RI, RJC, NTU bla bla bla. boy finally becomes a doctor and earn shit loads of money. boy buys expensive car and gets the school jock to be his chauffeur. boy screws every single hot chick in the planet.

cliche? u betcha by golly wow.

since when have typical become our creed?
since when have the line "being somebody special someday" became so insignificant?
but most importantly, since when have money become our religion?

if i have a kid, id want him to be a part of the WRC, or anything close for that matter. or at least give him a chance to dream, regardless of how illogical, ridiculous or unsubstantial the dream may be to anyone in this world. it is after all his dream. and id fucking beat the crap out of his peers who are just out to ridicule and humiliate. i wasnt given much opportunity to dream, but if given a chance now, i would like to be just like Ken Block Gymkhana, Hugh Hefner or Jingna



or The Ultimate Warrior for that matter?



Tomorrow is Saturday Nite Sprint at Pasir Gudang. its gonna be my third official race. wish me luck aite? pemirsa, tontonilah ruang ini. kita akan kembali selepas message ini. Eh-ceh-tee-vee oookkkkaaaayyy!!!

PS: Mirza, is this the vid you were referring to? well, its not so hush hush now. its all over LMC..... and it wasnt me. hehehe...

Pasir Gudang over the weekend



I went up North over the weekend for the Pasir Gudang Saturday Nite Sprint. Thats where all the fast cars gather to participate in the 300m drag race. It was a visually stunning spectacle for me. Fast cars, fast chicks, 15 vehicle convoy at 120km/h. The adrenaline rush that i get, flooring my pedal, changing gears at 7-8000 rpm, screeching tires, screaming engine, oh the rush the rush. better than sex? almost.... hahaha
